Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
